A few days before i have posted my doubt, fatigue tool is not solving when it is connected to acp module. Now i have done the workflow as shown in the above picture and the fatigue tool is working now....now i have two things to ask...
1) Is this workflow correct?
2)in the second picture it is showing some error which i couldnt understand..coz i have completed meshing in the previous step of acp post..
So any one please look on to this, a provide suggestion to this problem...
also the second static structual i am not able to view the imported plies...
but the material it is taking is GFRP.
please help me..

Hello, you don't need second structural tabs for one part. Firstly create composite material with part then solve it with static structural fatigue tool then post results on Acp post. I think this will work, try please.
