Opening ipt files in Fusion 360

I have just downloaded all the ipt files for Blueprints Vertical Twin Steam Engine with Reverse Gear. However, My version of Fusion 360 does NOT open ipt files. It is only the commercial versions that will open them. I was hoping to build this engine on my 3D printer by slightly altering some of the individual parts to suit 3D printing and then exporting them as stl files. Are the files for this engine available in any of the file formats that Fusion 360 Single User versions can open? Or are there any other (Free) programs that can open these files and possibly export in an acceptable format?

When using a free version of Fusion 360 I always used to convert to step file first and then import in Fusion 360 . Also there is a free trial period for inventor that you could use for the conversion. Success

Thanks for the reply. Don't really want to go down that route. May just draw the parts in Fusion copying from the pdf files I have downloaded as well......
