Hi, I find this project very interesting but i have some doubts:

• adding a third pignon does not add friction, and also more weight due to the longer chain?
• "removing" (moving) the lower legs of the rear triangle does not reduce stiffness, causing loss of power of pedal strokes?

I really like high pivot for enduro/downhill bikes but in XC I find more drawbacks than pros.
