Design Engine's design and engineering team has been developing this bike. This specific version is the Beta version as the past few years we have been racing the chromoly version of this bicycle. We are gluing the carbon tubes into the machined aluminum housings. All Sram components. Ill do more screengrabs this week

Hi, I find this project very interesting but i have some doubts:

adding a third pignon does not add friction, and also more weight due to the longer chain?
"removing" (moving) the lower legs of the rear triangle does not reduce stiffness, causing loss of power of pedal strokes?

I really like high pivot for enduro/downhill bikes but in XC I find more drawbacks than pros.
