I started with two simple extrusions.

Then a sweep to cut all the chamfers and shorten the one bend.

@ Bob Wiley Is the small bend central to the opposite bend ?

No. They are flush on one side and offset 2 mm on the other.

This is zoomed in on the source drawing with a few witness lines added:

You really have to study the drawing carefully. According to the challenge, you only had to capture the difference between the two sides,. So flush on one side or centered, I don't think it mattered.

1 Cut for 2mm

Chamfer 5mm

Using Sheet Metal, also 4 features.
