I have 2 cold storage scenarios in which I find it difficult to give the right boundary conditions

1. This is when the air cooler and the fan are in the same housing and I need the air to circulate inside the room. Air enters the evaporator at a certain temperature and exits at a certain speed, volume, and temperature.
2. This option is when I have a separate heat exchanger and a separate fan. The fan blows towards the heat exchanger. The air enters it and changes temperature at the exit and also loses its original pressure.

How do I achieve these results?
