When you can't buy what you want you have to build it.
CAD.

Assembled as of last night.

I machined every piece, welded the frame and swingarm.
The biggest trouble I had with the whole thing was stupid MTB standards, each company do things just a little bit different.
Still a bit to go, I will be 3D printing the cable holders so I won't be using the cable ties.
Can't wait to ride it.
That is one sweet bike. Is there any chance you'd share your plans. I'm keen on doing something for myself but I would probably have to play with dimensions a bit cause im a big guy and heavy so itll need to be solid. But I can work that out.
Cheers
Hi Lee, Thanks.
Sorry I won't be sharing this.
I have 3 more to make for customers, so I'd be giving away my designs that I make money off.
Thanks Rollin, not really a business cause I'm doing it more for the love of it.
I'll just break even.
Great job. Do you have your own place to make this?? is really awesome
I built it at my work after hours, I'm gearing up to kit out a proper workshop at home.
I'm curious about the shock angle. In testing does it seem like there is not much travel and hence actual use of the absorbtion? I would think you won't get much travel at that angle.
Hi, haven't been around for a while.
This frame didn't survive, trees get in the way sometimes. It was a big day and hurt quite a bit.
So i build a 4130 front triangle and moved the geo points for the linkages.
the rear gets a full 200mm of travel with each version of the frame.
I'll try and get some new pictures up over the weekend.
I'm almost finished a newer complete bike, same just a bit refined.
The shock is driven by a rocker link and dog bones, you can't really see them very well.
Super nice!
Respect. Interesting design of the geometry and of the tail!
there's just no way , this bike is gorgeous in it s own way the design is uncommon and it makes it insane . The function is fulfillled by the form and that's what makes it so gorgeous . no words it just looks gorgeous
