My first guess is that your not going to find anything directly. Choose the material and then find the standard bar stock sizes in that material available to your location. The leafs are cut to length and machined to shape. Then bent into their rest position and finally heat treated to the temper of the spring designed. You may only find something far wider then you need in the desired thickness range. Just more machining of flame cutting.
