Hello all ,


We all are aware that Threaded component needs gear % chain Mechanism to eject the component.Any other ways??


Also i need some 2d concepts of that type Mold.Can anyone help??

Depending on the material and the thread design (if it is not too deep), you can opt for the forced demoulding.

If it is an inner thread, you can modify the part (plastic item) by removing continuous thread. So you can use lifters to form this thread
