Radio Frequency (RF) & Wireless Design

I designed a Rescue Rover for Landslides/Flood Rescue Programme. This rover uses 4G/LTE network system to transfer datas and communicate with the rescue center. For real time control over the rover, it uses LiFi technology. Since I had very less knowledge about the communication system, can anyone tell me were my design considerations right?
