Catia, Solidworks and other are not rendering softwares, but cad software.

A rendering soft it's for example KEyshot.

KeyShot isn't for free, where Simlab Composer has both a free and a paid version...

Solidworks 360 is pretty cool, but for me Keyshot 7 takes it to the next level. but i still have a long way to learn

Of course KeyShot is better, it's a professional program.

PhotoView 360 is only an add-in.

But that doesn't mean that PhotoView 360 is bad; as Hans has previously mentioned, it can still do awesome renderings.

GrabCAD does not have rendering courses. There are tutorials, but those do not go into the level of detail you'd find in a proper class or course on rendering.

The "best course" is one which focuses on the software you are using. You might learn some neat tricks by studying a different program, but that is not a good way to begin.

You need to first decide what program you'll use to render. All of them have different prices, capabilities, workflows, and limitations. Try each of them. See which ones work best for you.
