I designed a hull for my amphibious rover. This rover is a rescue rover. It is designed to rescue and help people affected by floods/landslides.

I designed something similar after Hurricane Katrina.. and that they can be made into a train (conceptually). the idea is more than just amphibious, but also completely submersible, so they can work during a hurricane to rescue people. I think I would also have a picker crane mounted on the roof, (to pick people off of roofs during a flood) along with various other rescue equipment. (RIB boat etc) the ZIL style augers will allow the unit to crawl over debris, as seen in Katrina.. house, cars, trees.. whatever gets jammed up in a flood/hurricane. would also have a water jet.. so it is fully offshore capable in the worst conditions.. given the increase in epic storms, something is needed that can rescue people.
