I did 2d but halfbreadth i cannot align the waterlines . Its coming wrong

I had this issue with one of my purchased Study plans of POP 25 sailing boat.

I had to alter positions given by designer in table - and interpolate locations to make it in to smooth 3D curve on edges.

I can help with that in Solidworks.
