For simulation in solid edge follow these steps orderly -
1. create a part or assembly for simulation .
2.Go to data management option.
3.select mv properties and click on change .
4. select any material for simulation .
5. After that click on apply to model and give accuracy 100 % or 1.
6. click on update and after close..
7. Now click on simulation and select new study and then click on ok.
8.select define and define the simulation part according to requirement..
9.After that apply load , pressure etc. which you want to study accordingly.
10. then fixed or pin the surface as per requirement.
11.Now click on mesh and solve...
