Hi, I have several profiles, designed with a design table so that I can use one part for multiple lengths. From that part I have created a drawing file, in where I've included the design table, thus showing the specified and various lengths and part numbers.

Now I made a revision of the above, as followed:
1. open part file rev. 00 -> Save As -> Save as copy and open -> save as 'rev. 01.sldprt'
2. modify rev. 01 to the new requirements, and save.
3. open drawing file rev. 00 -> Save As -> Save as copy and open -> save as 'rev. 01.slddrw'

Now, with rev. 01.slddrw opened, I take the following steps:
4. within the FeatureManager, I unfold Drawing View1 -> select the file name rev. 00.sldprt
5. open pulldown menu Tools -> Replace Model -> Browse -> select 'rev. 01.sldprt' -> Open -> OK
All drawing views are now updated to rev. 01.

Additionally, I open the View Palette on the right:
6. click on the button with the three dots [...] -> select 'rev. 01.sldprt' -> Open. (Mind you: all available Import Annotations must be selected!)

Now I want to renew the Design table showing the new lengths and /or other values:
7. in Annotation ribbon, open Tables and select Design Table

But here's the issue: I either receive a 'Design Table may be corrupt and unable to load', or I cannot select the Design table at all, as it isn't shown in the list of options! How can I fix or eliminate this?
