Ok 1. Tip:

If you want to exclude some solids/components from being transferred to Ansys for further processing, you may right click on that particular component and select in the menü "supress for physics". Quite useful once you decide i.e. to mesh step by step or completely hide away...good luck...

Get used to using the Right mouse. ther eare lots of things in there. Like having drawn a basic solid, you can measure the lengt, width etc with the pull tool. Select one end, RM click, in the small ribbon that pops u, ther is a tape measure. click it, move the mouse to the other end, it will lock to an edge or face, press space bar. type in a new dimensions.
