● Develop layout, concepts and detailed design of Machine Elements, Sheet metal, fixtures & Casting parts. Creation and review of 3D models on UG- NX10, Solid Works 2017, CATIA V5, Creo 4.0. ● Creating manufacturing drawings (GD&T as per ASME Y14.5), assembly drawings, manufacturing requirements / assembly requirements. ● Creation of BOM (Bill of Material), Modifying the design/ BOM as per ECR (Engineering Change Request), ECO (Engineering Change Output) ● Follow NPD process, which includes Concept designs. Generate innovative ideas to enhance design methodology, Industrial automation etc. ● Creating Models and drawing as per quality standards. ● Communicated with international customers to evaluate design requirements and deliverable. Project management and communications, including following the established design processes ● Worked closely with international team to evaluate the manufacturing feasibility, cost, aesthetics and functionality requirements of designs.

● Involved in all phases of design & development from conceptual throughout detailed phases, Feasibility study and Executing Design changes as per customer requirement. ● Responsible for the design of SPM machine & Assembly. ● Preparation of Detailed drawings for machine parts, Assembly in CAD software. ● Responsible for Development of Sheet metal and Reverse Engineering. ● Provide manufacturing ongoing support in regards to assembly issues. ● Provide estimated machine costs & lead times for major manufacturing of projects. ● Participate in development of new product programs by previewing designs for manufacturability.

● Involved in all phases of Production from design drawing to convert into finished product. ● Responsible for the Production process from end to end. ● Preparation of procuring the material required for the whole manufacturing process. ● Responsible for manufacturing the product according to DFMA. ● Responsible for inventory for the materials for day to day manufacturing.
