Alfa Laval Valve CAD File Error

Has anyone downloaded CAD files from alfa laval and not been able to place them in the top view? I have downloaded several valves and they are showing in side view when it should be top view. When opening the family in revit it only shows side view and you cannot rotate it to top view.
