that is a few hours of modelling, we can't just do that for you for free, but we can help you, if you have any specific questions trying to model it yourself.
Have a look at this file its very similar to yours (probably the same school) safety valve
Ps we are not here to do your homework !
That drawing is missing 90% of the dimensions.
Which is normal for a assembly drawing though.
So kinda hard to replicate that model with exact dimensions
