I am finding this difficulty in modeling this component the i have started the modeling from top view explain me which view would be good to start.

One stretch, three cuts. Imagine a piece of rectangular clay, then cut it into this shape, and then use the appropriate commands to achieve this process. So you need to have spatial imagination and be familiar with the commands.
