just watch the video it's simple.
Just approximate. A rotated boss for the bottle, followed by a smoothing of 3 or 4 sketches for the decorative pattern. Here I didn't make a guide line but added a copy of the center sketch on a lower plane. When you do loft sketches, the profiles should have the same number of points. It is better to make revolutions of bosses rather than surfaces. in the end you just have to make a shell.
Like SolidTweaks says it easy to make without a surface needed. this will work in most Cad Programmes I know
