Can anyone share a solidworks SW20 part (with all feature) file of the drawing as per image attached?

The drawing does not provide enough information to make an exact duplicate.
I don't have SW2020 installed so a screenshot will have to do.
The model you uploaded isn't bad but I suggest:
Don't use sketch patterns. pattern features instead.
Don't add holes until all the material has been added. If you made the arms now they'd fill in some of the previous work.
Start by making the hard feature(s). Saving the hardest for last does not usually end well.

This is not my best work, but it might help you see one way of constructing this part. I don't have sw20 installed anymore, so here are some STEP files of the most difficult feature (for me anyway). You can dissect and see how it was built and then mirrored.
