can anyone tell me how to select the software of a model because there is no software in details?

They state that they used Fusion 360 for the design. But since they provided STEP files you can use almost any 3D solid modeler that will accept STEP files. That includes Fusion, Inventor, Solidworks, etc.
Export the design as a archive (*.f3d) file. You can then share the F3D file on GrabCAD.
