Center Table Design
There is a center table in attach file. How to solve such kind of equation. Please let me know.

Keep in mind, the circle dimensions were just references. You can do an approximate circle dimension by looking at the image. Start from the outside move in towards the inside and adjust the final circles in the middle using the sketch circle options available on your AutoCAD.

I Couldn't complete the full nesting. Would you please help me to complete the full action.
This is the way I would do it. See if it works for you. It would be a lot easier if you have the Nesting tool.
1- Sketch the 540x540
2- Sketch your preferred circle sizes on the side.
3- On sketch, Offset the overlap and the thickness of the circles.
4- Copy and move the circles near the surfaces to tangent.
5- Use the Tangent Constrain tool, and layout/overlap to your desire.
6- Select surfaces and extrude.
