command , options missing in catia

I'm using Catia v5
I'm a beginner currently.

in helix command of generative shape and wireframes..
where I find this tools missing..
variable pitch ? constant pitch....??!!

whereas while using multisession solids. I find.
AREA LAWS MISSING

constant pitch is just PITCH. Use a Law to define a variable pitch

The Multi-Section SOLID tool does not have a Law option.

Instead, make a Sweep Surface (does work with Laws), and then make a solid from the surface with ThickSurface or CloseSurface tools.
