Download problem
Dear fellows,
I'm not sure if anyone else is having the same issue as I am.
I keep get the message "OSM_VE004 : Cannot open document due to data storage" for most of the files downloaded.
I'm using V5R20 currently.
Is there any other way to open up the file instead of upgrading to V5R21?
Or at least be know in advance if files are downloadable for V5R20 only?

If you can convert that CATPart file to STEP, you should be able to open the STEP file with your CATIA system.
Or, if possible, maybe the author could use the CATIA Downward Compatibility utility program to convert the file to V5R20.
