Geometry Pattern is deselected but SolidWorks still asks for it to be deselected.

I'm Trying to Linear pattern in Z to a Linear Pattern in X and Y. Rebuild errors and the suggestion is to deselect the geometry pattern even though it already is deselected.

'Pic 6' shows what im trying to do, 'Pic 5' shows the error

Try to pattern bodies (not features and faces) and then add them (boolean).
