GrabCAD Print Queue - "Awaits Operator"

I'm printing on an Objet350 Connex3 printer for the first time (used printer). I've sent a part to the printer, it was successfully sent, sitting in the queue, and now says "Awaits Operator" and below it says "Push the Online button on the printer computer". I have no idea on how to fix this. I'm connected to the Wi-Fi and enabled online mode for GrabCAD. Does anyone have any pointers on this?
