Hello, can anyone convert a 3D scan of a bracket into a CAD model?

After 3D scanning, the bracket must be converted into a CAD model

Hello Egor,

Thank you for the efforts made to post a reduced polygon model. The below link will take you to a Solidworks model i uploaded, as well as a .step file and and stl version.
