Hi guys! Does anyone have an experience of doing simulations on CV ball joints in any FEA software?
While doing dynamic simulation, balls of CV joint begin to move along groves led by ring, and after they reach the edge, they come out even when shafts are aligned perfectly. Does anyone know how to stop stop this kind of movements? As I know in real life they do not behave like this

What are your boundary conditions ? Maybe you need to fix them. Check your time incremental too.
