How Calculate Force needed to press a cap

I want to calculate the total for that i need to press that cap in to the cyllinder.
I am pretty new to the solidworks simulation.

,materials are aluminum (for both the parts)

Well
you can calculate it from the motion analysis
there you can calculate the required force , torque and Momentum
