How can I engrave text to part in SolidWorks?

Try to use extrude cut then check your angle and depth. If you use bigger angle use lesser depth cause sometimes the sides will collide to each other thus having an error.

There is software dedicated to 3d lettering that is designed for the machining of signs. Solidworks is limited. The engraving should be seen as low reliefs and not 3D modeling.
