How can I make this loft work?

I have a problem with a loft feature, it always says it "cannot knit the sheets together."
And I don't know why because in the preview he does make it work..
added a screenshot and the file for reference.
All help is appreciated!

I don't know if that's exactly what you want, but perhaps gives you a few ideas.

Thanks for the help, i got it working myself after I edited the biggest sketch with an unfiletted one and then added the fillets afterwards. Thanks :)
