How can ı mate with hole wizard?

Hi,ı have a problem about mechanical mate in solidworks(screw mate).I made a screw with hole wizard but when ı want to mate this screws, ı cant select it.Is anyone help me about that?.And ıf you want to download model: Bench Vise
