i dn't get the meaning of cutlist here but for drawing canbinets for shop i get that just follow some very simple steps

ist draw the sketch for each cabinet then use array command for numerous cabinets then use extrude command

if you want cabinets with filleted edges then modify your sketch at the end go in top view put a support behind the canbinets
