How do i draw a helix hose?

I'm trying do draw a helix hose for a CFD simulation, but I'm not getting even close on it SolidWorks.
I attached a pic of the hose.

Posting your attempt(s) would make things easier.

I'd do it with two sweeps.
One for the coil. The 2nd for the clear coating.
