how do I split cut for cross part
As shown in the picture, I want to cut it in the form of an intersection cross. (attach image file)
I'd appreciate it if you could tell me which method works.

1) create the inside panels as requested, keep them as separate parts (image1)
2) create a plane to cut the panels in a specific height (image2)
3) cut the panels with the previous plane in order to create two new splitted parts (image3)
4) use these last parts to cutout the panels (image4)
5) to complete the construction create symmetric parts
