How to add AISI 4130.mtl to material library in Pro/e?
i need it for my project, please.

You can add it by dropping it into the materials-library directory. This resides in the text folder within the proe application folder in your program files. For example:
C:\Program Files\proeWildfire 5.0\text\materials-library
