i have a solid works 2010. it.s not open new version files. so how to convert a model old version to new version

You can't convert. Use STEP/IGES to import geometry
it is not possible, unless you are using version 2010 - 2013,
usually using the IGES file, STEP, STL, VRML. to open
Not possible. Write down your dimensions for your project, other than that, it's not possible.
