How to create a 4 sides polyline using the length of each sides and its area

I want to creat a 4 side polyline.I don't know the angle between the sides but I know the Area. How can I drow it?

this is a plat that I want to build my house on it
I know that this is a 4 sides polyline. And I know the sides length and the area. but I dont know how can I drow the exact shape of the plat in autocad

you have to use rectangle command.
when you give specify first poing the command ask for AREA.
at least you have to give 1 side of length.
