How to do tangential mating in Catia software?
How can I mate a circular disc to a cuboidal surface tangentially in a Catia Software?

In a CATIA assembly, there is no direct way to constrain a circular part to make it tangent to a flat face on another part. However, there are several methods to achieve the tangent condition:
a. Add an offset constraint between the center axis of the cylinder to the flat face, with the offset distance = the cylinder radius,
or
b. add a tangent plane to the cylinder part. Then constrain the plane coincident to the flat face of the cuboid part.
