how to model a spur gear in solidworks without precise involute?
the root, base, pitch and outer diameters should be 10, 10.5, 12 and 14 cm respectively. gear wheel should have 100 teeth.

Can't you use the toolbox?
Make sure your SLDWKS toolbox is active in the Add-Ins (Option>Add-ins)
When activate, you can access it from the menu on right.
