I think it is a drawing from a 3D model.
There is only the drawing in paper-space, no model in model-space.

Hi Din Din,
Simply SELECT all the objects and COPY them into model space. Use the EXPLODE command to access the objects and blocks. Remember to verify your units and scale appropriately. I hope this helps.
