Installing Tray error

After installing the newest version of GrabCad it appears to run fine once then, when starting, a popup appears saying "Installing tray for f370D02174 [dorado 3]". See attached. At this point everything is locked and you need to go to task manager to exit.
This has occurred on 2 deferent PCs and different current versions of GrabCad. We have many PC's running Grabcad without problem.
