Is it possible to make a double sided max distance mate on solid works
im working on a project for school and i need to make this telescopic part. now i need the option to extend it on both sides with a limited distance...
can someone help me please?

You could try the limit distance mate on the first moving part, then a symmetry mate between the first moving part and the part you want to move in the opposite direction during telescoping.
