printing a layer of model material directly to tray before support material?

I have an issue with grab cadd.
Depending on our print settings, layer thickness,solid...
If printing a solid part with .005 layer, we get an issue
The issue is the printer puts a layer of print material on the tray before support material is layed.
This makes it impossible to get the part off the tray.
Have you come across this issue.
