Problems with video card?
Hi,
as you can see on that video that I made it, there are problems with displaying item. It looks like videocard is lagging and need some more time to respond to command that I pressed. That is happening in Solidworks 2017 on Windows 10, before I had Solidworks 2015 on Windows 7 and there were no problems.
The videocard is not certified for Solidworks, it is GeForce GTX 750. I've also tried with integrated videocard Intel HD Graphics 4600 and it's the same. Changed different things in settings and nothing helped. Always the same.
When I enable software OpenGL is doing slower, but no such problems.
Is it problem with video card or could be related to Windows 10?

I've had tried now with different cable and nothing helped. Also was trying this program on a laptop with windows 10 and the same thing. Could be something wrong with this build of windows 10?
It seems the problem is when you have maximized window is happening that and when is window unmaximized is everything normal.

Have already tried that, uninstall and reinstall solidworks, and nothing helped. On windows 7, if it's a problem like this, you simple change the theme and must be ok. On windows 10 have I tried this too and nothing helped. Very strange.
Acording to my knowledge the problem it's not your Video Card is the required system your program need not all the program work on Windows 10, like you said before on Windows 7 work but on Windows 10 not work correctly, hope my answers will help you, and hope your situation will resolve.
Installed Solidworks 2017 SP2 and the problem is gone for now.
