Regarding LIFTING LUGS
Hey, anybody knows how to select the shape, dimensions & welding strength for LIFTING LUGS in pressure vessel/Equipment's, both manually and with softwares ??

For Lifting lug, you have to calculate CG (Center of Gravity) of Components and base on that you can select place.
And Lifting lug Design should be based on component size and shape. so if you attached a Modal, then I can suggest you.
