Seams I have one of my models that can not be seen?

My model of the Disney Submarine Nautilus is not available. it has an eye Icon that says contact support? Well I did not see anything wrong with the model. the only thing I can imagine is someone protested the model as a copy? Funny thing is there seems to be other models like mine that are available. My model has been posted on GrabCad since January 12, 2013. There are no other models of the Nautilus Posted before this date.
