Smartphone CAD Model with technical components

Hallo guys,

I m looking for a smartphone CAD Model with technical components for doing an animation. My plan is to show details of the inner life of a smartphone with an explosion move.

This is the nearest that I could find: iPhone 6 Plus
I can't find any other model with internals at all.
