Solidworks weldment Flat pattern

Hi,

I need help in the design method of a flat pattern for a bended weldment extrusion.

So the extrusion is been machined with all its holes and slots and after that process is done it go through a bend machine that bend that extrusion on 2 places.

So that is all info i can provide so far, but still please commend if someone have any ideas how i can make my flat pattern in my part.
